Potato peelers are designed for peeling potatoes and other root crops from the peel at catering establishments (canteens, cafes, restaurants). The most effective method of cleaning has been applied – peeling is carried out by rubbing potatoes against the walls of the working chamber and the rotating grating disk, on which an abrasive coating is applied. The peeled potatoes are unloaded through the tray in the operating mode with a rotating abrasive disc. In the potato peeler, the lining, the working disk, the loading tray and the lid are made of stainless steel. Replaceable durable environmentally friendly abrasive cloths are installed on the surface of the working disk.
