Potato peelers are designed for peeling potatoes and other root crops at catering establishments (canteens, cafes, restaurants). The most effective cleaning method is applied – peeling is carried out by rubbing potatoes against the walls of the working chamber and a rotating grinding disc, which are coated with an abrasive coating. Peeled potatoes are unloaded through a tray in operating mode with a rotating abrasive disc. In the potato peeler, the lining, the working disc, the loading tray and the lid are made of stainless steel. Replaceable, durable, environmentally friendly abrasive blades are installed on the surface of the working disc.
